Fuel Policy
The vehicle will be provided to you with a full tank of fuel. We ask that you return the vehicle with a full tank of full.
If required, we can refuel the vehicle but please be advised prices for refuelling range between $5-7 a litre.
What fuel do I use?
The user manual in the glove compartment of the vehicle or the label inside the fuel door or flap will specify the fuel to use. Look for a label with the wording “Diesel Fuel” or “Unleaded Fuel”. Alternatively, we try and have the fuel type written on the key tag.
For a quick guide:
All cars (excluding the following) take unleaded fuel.
Diesel cars on our fleet: Toyota Fortuner, Toyota Prado, Pajero Sport, Kia Carnival (both unleaded and diesel on our fleet)
Trucks:
All 4WD, buses, vans and trucks are diesel.
2WD utes will be unleaded.
What if the vehicle was not full on collection?
Please take a photo of the fuel guage and contact us. As it is easier to calculate a correct refund, we ask that you still return the vehicle with a full tank and we will discount you for the additional fuel.
What if I filled the vehicle with the wrong fuel?
Do not start the vehicle and contact us immediately.
If vehicle was started and broken down, please follow emergency assistance steps here.
Where do I refuel?
Please fill up at any fuel station within 2km of the return location.
