Please return your vehicle with the a full tank of fuel. Use nearby service stations before you arrive.

Vehicle Return Guide

Vehicle Inspection

Inspect the vehicle for any new damage or missing accessories. If there is new damage, please take photos and report to a team member.

Key Return

If returning during staffed hours, hand the keys to a team member. For locations with after-hours return, place the keys in the marked key drop box. 

What to Do in an Emergency?

We are here to ensure your journey stays on track. If your vehicle breaks down or you encounter any unexpected situation, we are here for you.

Breakdown Assistance

Contact us directly, we will asses the situation and advise if we can assist or if you will need to call our 24/7 emergency line for immediate roadside support and towing services. Please click here for more details.

Replacement Vehicle

In most situations we are able to provide you with a new vehicle, depending on your location and insurance selection there may be additional fees associated.

What if I am running late to return the car?

If you anticipate a delay, please notify your pickup location as soon as possible. Late returns may incur additional daily rental charges, but we always try to avoid this where possible.

Can I return to another location?

Depending on vehicle availability, we may need a vehicle back at the agreed return location. However, please contact us and we will do our best to be felxible.
